Jungle Island welcomes all guests and is compliant with the American with Disabilities Act, ensuring that all guests have full access to the Jungle’s programs and services. Wheelchair rental is available on Jungle Island for a one-day fee of $8.50. Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) are available for a rental fee $30.00. Each rental requires payment and a valid photo ID prior to entering the park.

Jungle Island can make arraignments to provide sign language interpreting services. To arrange for your interpreting services by a screened and certified interpreter, please contact Jungle Island Guest Relations by calling 305.400.7275. In order to make arrangements for an interpreter, please call(305) 400-7275one week in advance.

In addition to interpreting services, assistive listening devices are available at Guest Relations for use in the three show amphitheaters. For guests with hearing impairments, Telecommunication Devices for the Deaf (TDDs) are located at Guest Relations.

For your enjoyment and convenience, Jungle Island’s outdoor stage shows have several areas reserved for guests with disabilities. These areas are clearly marked with the international symbol of accessibility. All of our dining facilities are accessible to wheelchairs as well. Service animals are welcomed throughout the Jungle, including in our Lakeside Café.
