Reservations for groups should be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. To make a group reservation, please contact our Sales Islander listed below.

Tour Operators

If you are a registered tour operator and are interested in contracting with Jungle Island for a net rate agreement, please contact one of our Sales Islanders. Please note that you must be a registered tour operator with Jungle Island and a valid contract on file.

Hospitality & Travel Industry Partners

The Hospitality Industry will receive a 50% discount off general admission, for up to 4 guests. Please present an imprinted business or industry card or photo identification from your place of employement to receive the discount.

Prepaid Tickets

You will save your employees time and money by taking advantage of Jungle Island's Prepaid Ticket Program, our best year-round discount available!

This easy to administer program provides many benefits such as on-site ticket sales, significant cost savings and no more waiting in line at our Ticketing Center.

Tickets imprinted with your company or group's name may be purchased in advance and are valid for one year. Two weeks notice is required to produce your customized tickets.

If you are interested in a site inspection of Jungle Island or the Treetop Ballroom, please contact one of our Sales Islanders 24 hours in advance.
