What are your hours of operation?

We are open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm.

What makes Jungle Island special?

Building upon its 75-year history, today’s Jungle Island is a contemporary, zoological theme park. We allow our guest to become completely immersed in personal experiences with extraordinary animals from around the globe. From the energetic staff to the mouth-watering dishes offered inside, there’s enough for the entire family to enjoy!

What type of footwear is recommended?

Please bring/wear closed shoes to enjoy all Adventure Bay activities.

Can I still take pictures with the parrots?

Absolutely! We have our iconic parrots taking pictures as soon as you enter the park.

How big is Jungle Island?

Jungle Island is 17 acres.

On average, how long do you suggest it takes to fully experience all the park has to offer?

We usually suggest 2 ½ to 3 hours, which allows you to enjoy the park as well as take in all of our shows.

Do you offer shows throughout the day?

We have 2 shows that repeat 3 times a day. The Wild Adventure Show lets you visit with our animal staff as we unlock the secrets behind some of the Jungle’s most rare and unusual residents. Our Winged Wonder show lets you discover some of the world’s most fascinating birds in our most famous show. This show highlights our rare Andean Condor, 6 ft tall Cassowary, beautiful macaws, and many other amazing feathered friends.

What is included with General Admission?

Our general admission ticket includes all of our animals on exhibit, feeding the animals at the Petting barn, playing with the kangaroos, and our 2 shows that go three times a day.

Do you have a restaurant on property?

Yes, we have different snacks and drinks located in the park. We also have a food truck, Pink Flamingo, which has a delicious array of food and drinks.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

No outside food or drinks is permitted.

Are you open in inclement weather?

Yes, we are open rain or shine. All our shows and some of our pathways are under cover. However, much of our park is open to the elements.

Do you have season passes?

Yes, season passes are sold at the park.

Is Jungle Island wheelchair accessible?

Yes, Jungle Island is wheelchair accessible.

Do you rent wheelchair and strollers?

Yes, we do have wheelchairs, ECV, single, and double strollers for rent in our retail shop.

Should I buy my tickets online, or can I purchase tickets at the park?

You could purchase tickets online or on the day of visit at the park.

Is there a fee for parking?

Yes, our covered garage is a flat rate of $10 for the day.

Does Jungle Island still have the Big Cats?

Unfortunately, we no longer have any of the Cats at our park.
