Who says you can't get anything for free?
If the child's birthday is within the next 7 days, you will not receive a voucher for this year.
When you register for our Birthday Club, the birthday child will have a chance to redeem a certificate for one (1) Free General Child Admission with the purchase of a full paid Adult General Admission.
To participate, an adult must click on the Register link above. An adult's e-mail address and birthdate is required to participate in the program. To discontinue participation in the program, please click on the log-in button to access your profiile information.
Jungle Island's FREE birthday club is open to children age 10 and under. To redeem this offer, you must present the voucher that is sent to the e-mail address on record. Offers are subject to change at any time without notice.

Frequently Asked Questions
I registered my child for the birthday club, why haven't I received my child's birthday e-mail? The e-mail is sent out 7 days prior to the child's birthday. You may also want to check your spam folder in case the e-mail got filtered. The e-mail will come from email@example.com (please do not use this address for correspondence) and you should add this address to your address book to ensure you get the e-mail. Please click the Log In link at the top of this page to verify your information.
Why won't the form allow me to enter my child's correct birth year? For verification purposes, the first form asks that the parent or guardian enter their own birthdate. Once it is submitted, there will be the opportunity to add children as celebrants.
What if I can't bring my child on his or her birthday? The offer is valid from when you receive the e-mail up to seven (7) days after the child's birthday.
I lost or deleted the e-mail, can I get another one sent? Unfortunately, the special offer can only be generated one time per year.
Do I have to print the e-mail? Yes, you must bring the printed voucher with you to redeem. The entire e-mail with text must be printed. There are no exceptions. Jungle Island staff does not have access to your information.
